Arrive/depart: Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am.
Access: 24/7 with key safe.
Sleeps: Up to 4 guests, travel cot available on request.
Minimum stay: 3 nights subject to season.
Nightly rate from: £110.
Booking deposit: 40% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards & Paypal.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.
Parking: One off-road parking space is available to use with the property. There are visitor spaces, subject to availability and on-street parking.
Wheelchair Access: Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor, and a ramp can be provided upon request to assist with the threshold step. Please note that Apartment 9 is on the second floor and does not have lift access.
Cancellations: A full refund will be paid when the trip is cancelled up to 56 days prior to arrival. Up to 7 days before arrival a full refund minus the deposit will be made. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be available.
Damage deposit: £300 (returned in full upon checkout so long as no damage has been caused).
Longer Stays: Depending on the time of year, we may offer discounts for longer stays (Maximum of 31 days). Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
