Sleeps: Up to 4 guests, travel cot available on request.
Minimum stay: 3 nights subject to season.
Nightly rate from: £13o.
Booking deposit: 40% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards & Paypal.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.
Damage deposit: £300 (returned in full upon checkout so long as no damage has been caused).
Arrive/depart: Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am.
Access: 24/7 with key safe.
Parking: One off-road parking space is available to use with the property.
Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, this is a 2nd floor apartment without a lift.

Cancellations: COVID-19 continues to impact the holiday market. Please see our terms and conditions for the latest information. For all non COVID-19 cancellations; a full refund will be paid when the trip is cancelled up to 56 days prior to arrival. Up to 48 hours before arrival a full refund minus the deposit will be made. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, no refund will be available.

Longer Stays: Depending on the time of year, we may offer discounts for longer stays (Maximum of 31 days). Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you.
