Our luxury apartment sleeps 4 with a ramp available upon request to assist with the threshold step. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, an open-plan lounge/living area, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach, it’s perfectly suited for couples and families.
We want to make your stay as memorable as possible. A tasteful Dorset welcome gift will be waiting for you upon arrival, as well as a copy of our Swanage Beach Place book, which includes information about the apartment and tips about the local area.

We know how much sleep matters! We provide the highest quality mattresses complemented by luxury bedding and linen in both bedrooms. Blackout blinds around the apartment ensure that the vistas over Swanage are saved for an appropriate time of day. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an elegant en-suite and shower. The flexible second bedroom includes a zip-and-link bed, enabling it to be made up as a super king or separate singles. And last but not least, the spacious family bathroom features a full-sized bath and shower.

2020 wasn’t the year anyone thought they would be having, we certainly didn’t think we would be buying an apartment in the middle of a pandemic without going to view it in person. Hannah has been visiting the town since she was a small child and it wasn’t long before her infectious enthusiasm for the area rubbed off on me and our children, Elsie and Arlo. Although the apartment wasn’t in bad repair, we felt from the off that the space could be better configured and was in need of modernising. As a Graphic Designer, Hannah was able to plan and design the refurbishment and has conjured up a truly beautiful space that we are so grateful to have in the family.
